I have been doing this for 7 years. I have my Level two CrossFit cert, Barbell rehab cert, training for seniors, children, and a passion for what our body is capable of doing.

We strive for our seniors to feel confident in their every day life. We love our children and want to push them to be the best physically and mentally and reach their highest limit.
